TOMS Shoes and AT&T

AT&T just premiered a new commercial featuring TOMS Shoes, an organization that provides shoes for both children and adults in underprivileged countries.  The TOMS philosophy is simple: for every pair of shoes that is purchased, they provide a pair for a child in need; one for one.  How simple is that!?  And plus their shoes are rad!  I have a pair of my own and plan on purchasing a second pair soon.  So go check out their website to learn more about TOMS, buy a pair of your own, and put shoes on the feet of a shoeless child.  You really can’t go wrong.

Art Cars

It’s been far too long since my last post and for that I apologize.

I just happened on to this LINK…An installation in Manhattan at the end of March, featuring BMW “Art Cars” by artists like Roy Lichtenstein, Robert Rauschenberg, and Andy Warhol.

What’s that?  Oh, no big deal.  Just a car by Andy Warhol.  I’m sure this won’t be the last time I wish I lived closer to NYC.
